                                                    Uri Kesselman, CEO
                                     
                                  






Uri brings 16 years of international success in IT and telecom-related software,
content and operations. Before founding Realinnova, Uri has been working for Unipier
(formerly known as Cash-U), where he manages the European accounts such as
Telefonica, Vodafone and Wind, and has succeeded to significantly increase the
revenues in his designated territory during 5 consecutive years. With Unipier, Uri
helped to foster the European mobile gaming industry, delivering mobile gaming and
content management solutions, mobile portal technologies and SDP (service delivery
platform) components around policy management in collaboration with partners such
as Comverse, Ericsson, HP, Sun, Unisys and content providers.
During his career Uri worked for multinationals like Motorola and Amdocs in the areas
of provisioning, message processing, billing and CRM for mobile operators in the
U.S., Canada, Japan, Colombia, Singapore etc., where he performed large scale
system analysis, design, development management and production operations.
Uri holds Master and Bachelor of Science degrees, cum laude, from the Ben-Gurion
University (Israel) in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems and Management.
Uri is fluent in English, Hebrew, Russian and Spanish.


                                
                                                   Javier Pérez Trigo, Associate
                                     







Javier has 8 years of experience in the mobile communications industry. Prior to
joining Realinnova, Javier developed his career at Telefónica I+D, where he worked
as project manager for the past years. His main customers were the mobile operators
within the Telefónica group where he worked on projects related to data services
regarding multimedia technologies and mobile entertainment. Currently Javier
collaborates as a professor in mobile communications specialization through the
e-Commerce Masters program at the University of Salamanca. Javier holds a
Bachelor degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Universidad
Politécnica de Madrid, as well as in Business Administration from the Universidad
Nacional a Distancia.


                             
                                                         Alberto Soria López
                                  









Alberto has been working during several years, until 2007, in Telefónica R&D
Company (TID), where he was involved in the deployment and commercial launch of
various value added services such as mobile TV. Alberto has explored available
products in the market and consulted to Telefónica Móviles España on the
implementation of DVBH, MBMS and Streaming solutions. During his work in TID,
Alberto has also participated in pan-European innovation projects in the areas of core
networks. Alberto has a bachelor degree in telecommunications engineering from the
Politechnica University of Alcalà de Henares.

                                                     Keren Kesselman
                                         






Keren has joined Realinnova in 2007 and has been doing business development
which involves telecommunications providers such as BT, Telefónica and Vodafone.
Keren is a specialist in digital signal processing, for which she registered a patent
during her work in Modem-Art (purchased by agree, known today as LSI, see -
www.lsi.com). She has also performed a role of a product manager in GrupoQindel
for its mobile Anti-Spam and Anti-Virus and server-based computing products. Keren
has a B.Sc.T.E, Telecommunication degree from Tel-Aviv University and a Researcher
Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Carlos III University.




                                                               Asaf Riess                                              
 





Asaf is a consultant in strategy and business development in the telecommunications
and security sectors.  Asaf has several years of experience in the southern Europe
market with companies such as NTS GmbH, July Systems, Futuredial and
Mobixell,providing to mobile operators different products such as software platforms
and VAS. During his academic studies and professional career he specialized in
customer and employee satisfaction, strategic decisions and optimization of work
processes for in the various sectors such as tourism. Asaf is fluent in English,
Hebrew, Spanish and Italian. Asaf holds B.A. degree in Political Science, Haifa
University and MBA in Marketing in the Derby University UK..




                                                      Frederic Ankaoua






Frederic brings from Comverse, 13 years of experience in Business Development,
Sales and Project Management in the Telecom market. He managed and
coordinated large international teams focusing on opportunities and projects with
largest European accounts like Telefonica, France Telecom and Vodafone. As of
2002, Frederic has been working in Spain with customers such as Telefonica,
Orange, ONO, Euskaltel, Optimus in Portugal and Meditel in Morocco. Frederic is
fluent in French, English, Spanish and Hebrew. He holds a BSc in Mathematics and
Physics and an MSc in Computer and Electronics from the Ecole Superieure
d'Informatique, Electronique et Automatique of Paris, France.d'Informatique,
